Sorry I havent posted in a while but its WEEK 5 DAY4

God im sore. This week we are at 3 sets per everything like mtha fucking G's.
I need to put articles up I know. CLick the links on the side.
We also havent done stats in a while. SLACKING FUCK, no excuses
but youd be surprised. We are looking good. we need to for VEGAS BABY
but honestly my body is adapting to the workouts so thats good. tomorrow = articles

End of week 4!!!

Tomorrow is the last day of week 4! Crazy. I feel stronger, I dont know about looks, but I feel it. I am going to dedicate this weekend to cardio to cut down some more..or try.

Monday: Upper Body(Works Biceps,triceps and,chest)
Atomic push-ups 5x5
Single Arm(mode) Bicep Curl 5x5 each arm
Tricep Press 5x5
Dips 5x5
Steep Chest press 5x5
Single leg Chest press(each leg) 5x5
Chest/Arm Flexibility 5x5
Deltoid Y-Fly 5x5
Tuesday: Cardio/ run
Wensday: Shoulders /Back(Upper Back, shoulders, lats, lower back)
Single Arm back row(each side) 5x5
Back Extensions(hold if possible) 5x5
Max Inverted rows(when you are against an object, such as a wall) 5x5
Incline press 5x5
Back Flexibility 5x5
Weighted Shrugs 5x5
Thursday: Core(Abs, obliques etc) *you only need one as each day the core is engaged if not you can repeat on either Tuesday or Saturday.
Max Body Saw(must pass extended arms when moving out and must pass elbows with head on return) 5x5

Week4:Day3

Sorry I havent updated in a few days. I have a fucking job, with fucking responsibilities and shit. Its in the 30's in SA. I believe it is never too cold to run. If it is cold RUN FASTER, the slower you run the more you suffer. ARE YOU SCARED TO GET BETTER. ARE YOU AFRAID OF IMPORVEMENT. IF YOU'RE SCARED GO TO CHURCH BITCH.

Just because I havent posted doesnt mean I havent been working out. DO I WANT TO GET WORSE. FUCK THAT WEAKASSPUNKASSBITCHASSSCRUBASSGETTINGWORSEASS Bullshit.  Workout 1 - monday, Workout 2 - tuesday, both sucked cock. Next week we start 30 elevated back rows in 3 minutes.....DAMN. Tomorrow is legs. Big legs. BIG BEEF. mayne

I have some badass articles to post tomorrow. I just need to get them organized!!
