What is your goal? What do you want to do this year? Don't say its "To go to the gym more", because do you want to be one of those people? Those are the people who go to the gym once, walk in, have no plan of action, workout random things for an hour then leave. That one time at the gym they made absolutley no progress, but in their mind they were at the gym, so they are completing their goal right. You went to the gym, you'll go a few more times and then come the excuses. Is that your goal? To be an individual who makes stupid broad, non specific goals and you actually get worse this year. It is fucking 2011, time for action. SO WHAT IS YOUR GOAL!?! Is it to lose 10 pounds every month? How are you going to do it? Will you workout 3 times a week, will you run 4 times a week? What is your goal and what are you willing to sacrifice to reach it? Or do you not really care, are you just making up some bullshit goal to satisfy some sick personal need to validate your thoughts of wanting to be better. "Well I WANT to be in better shape, but I am busy". As long as you have that wanting, that thought that you will eventually work out...you will be fucking worthless.
If you think I am just ranting right now, and trying to put you down then quit reading and fuck yourself. BYE! For those of you who want to get better think about it. Do you really not have 25 minutes a day? 25 minutes is literally all that it takes. AT HOME. Shell out the money for a TRX. Its cheaper then a year membership to a gym. and you can do it at home. You can get all the workouts online at youtube or buy them. 25 fucking minutes a day. Do you not have that? While your lazy ass is watching tv, complaining to your roommate or spouse that you had a hard day, and you are too tired to work out you COULD BE working out. While you sit and think how miserable your life is go work out. It will make you feel better, and eventaully make you look better, and in the summer after all your hard work you will be living better. In fact you don't even need a TRX, should you get one? of course you fucking pussy, but 25 minutes a day is all that you need to live a healthier life. Go run, do pushup, pullups, burpees. Whatever.
Stop the excuses, I am tired of them, from all of you. Do you know why you are tired all the time? Because you are fat and out of shape, so get in shape and you will have more energy. WORKING OUT IS HARD AND SUCKS DICK PEOPLE. If working out was easy there would not be all these fat, disgusting, obese people everywhere with terrible health problems that could be easily corrected with proper diet and exercise. Regular exercise is hard, I'm not a badass. I am not, in any sense a fitness guru, or super athlete. I think sometimes "Why the fuck am I going to put myself through this?", and I want to put off my workout because I am tired. The difference between you and I? I am not a mentally weak piece of shit that makes excuses every single day of my life. I work 10 hours days, come home, hook up the TRX, workout, eat, get 8 hours of sleep, start over. I even have time to watch sportscenter/the evening news for an hour. Do I have a social life? Hell yeah, I see my friends all the time. I just have my shit straight. I know what is important. Watching TV for 5 hours a day then complaining how fat I am is not one of them. So fuck all of you people who makes excuses, I have to take my kids here, I need to clean. 25 MINUTES. THATS ALL. TRX. GET ONE. GO TO THE GYM. START RUNNING. FUCK. ITS 2011.
