Week4:Day3

Sorry I havent updated in a few days. I have a fucking job, with fucking responsibilities and shit. Its in the 30's in SA. I believe it is never too cold to run. If it is cold RUN FASTER, the slower you run the more you suffer. ARE YOU SCARED TO GET BETTER. ARE YOU AFRAID OF IMPORVEMENT. IF YOU'RE SCARED GO TO CHURCH BITCH.

Just because I havent posted doesnt mean I havent been working out. DO I WANT TO GET WORSE. FUCK THAT WEAKASSPUNKASSBITCHASSSCRUBASSGETTINGWORSEASS Bullshit.  Workout 1 - monday, Workout 2 - tuesday, both sucked cock. Next week we start 30 elevated back rows in 3 minutes.....DAMN. Tomorrow is legs. Big legs. BIG BEEF. mayne
