End of week 2.

                                                      
(My roommate) - Height - 75 inches                            (me) - Height - 73 inches      
                           Weight- 224.6 pounds                               Weight - 206.6 pounds
                            BMI -28.5                                               BMI -  28.1
                            % fat - 22.1                                            % fat - 15.2

If you look I gained a little wieght and my body fat went up :(
Other than that I have a big complaint about TRX. Theer do not include enough rest time to recover  your muscles. The workout is demanding especially with all of the single leg squats and lunges which we have been doing "explosively". My body is dying, I literally feel like death. pff
