Let me briefly explain why I choose TRX. Other than the fact you can use it anywhere TRX suspension training uses your own body weight and gravity to give you a complete effective workout. Every wonder why gymnists are so swole, and look so beast? Same concept. I have trained with everything from free weights, to kettle bells, to every new fad that has come along. TRX is the one I truly feel will take my personal fitness to the next level. I am out of the body building, "get as big as possible" phase of my life, and I want to be lean, fit, explosive. I have torn both rotator cuffs, had 3 knee surgeries, and I have back problems. TRX gives me that intense workout, without putting extreme strain on my joints. I am not a personal trainer, or a fitness "expert", but I have been around the block and TRX is the future. Trust me.
This blog is ever evolving. It will be dedicated to fitness and a health via outside articles. I primarily want to focus TRX training though, as I feel it is the future of fitness.
