Today was workout 1, if you have read the previous posts you know that it is Legs day. We sprinted 7 hills at medical park, then did our TRX workout. it was pretty intense. We also had a few dance battles which was very successful.
Check out the websites on the right of the blog for some good article. I have been lazy on posting up, but take some initiative and do it yourself, LOL. After the new years passes I will be more consistent. Other than that stats go up sunday. Happy New year everyone if I don't get to post tomorrow! :)
This blog is ever evolving. It will be dedicated to fitness and a health via outside articles. I primarily want to focus TRX training though, as I feel it is the future of fitness.
