God im sore. This week we are at 3 sets per everything like mtha fucking G's.

but honestly my body is adapting to the workouts so thats good. tomorrow = articles

This blog is ever evolving. It will be dedicated to fitness and a health via outside articles. I primarily want to focus TRX training though, as I feel it is the future of fitness.
