Day 1 complete

Working out sucks dick. All I have to say is that after Day 1 I am incredibly sore. Day 1 consisted of workout 1 of the Force training manual, and it said no cardio...I should have listend to the no cardio part because I ran two miles before I did the TRX workout, and the work out started with an intense quad and hamstring workout.

This workout consisted of 1 legged squats, lunges, sprinter's start, hamstring curls, hip thrusts, bicep and tricep exercise, and CORE. MAYNE.

I feel like someone beat my legs with a bat....but things should get better..If you want to know my diet I ate toast/eggs for brkfst, a burger for lunch, post-workout protein shake, and for dinner I had asian beef noodles from HEB...

  1. Can you get these workouts online? Or is the force one you are doing off a dvd? Thats the military one right?
