My roommate is a personal trainer. He is into TRX suspension training. If you don't know about TRX you don't know SHIT. ha jk, but more or less it is suspension training that uses your own body weight and gravity to give you a major workout. Here is the website, I recommend you checking it out http://www.fitnessanywhere.com I have used it before, and he uses it all the time to train. But lets cut the bullshit, I am going to start the TRX - Force training 12 week program and post my results. I will also be posting info and articles I find about TRX, etc because I believe that it is the future of personal and elite fitness. If you want to know more about TRX use youtube or google it.
