Week2:Day 1

2 mile run
TRX: Workout 1 - suspended lunges, squats, some hamstring stuff, bi/triceps, and core
1 mile run

Using my roommates expensive technology we burned about 1100 Calories in 40 minutes.
Thats right, with TRX/running  no more than 40 minutes of nonstop, no bullshit work you can burn an entire meal off. I do not think that I can fully explain the difficulty of the TRX workout, and the expectations that are put on ur body. Your body will force itself to adapt, after 1 week mine has. This workout sucks dick. I know it does, I know that it will continue to suck for another few weeks. That is the difference between you and I. I go straight into the shit, while you stay back and watch. GET BIG!
