lots of great stuff on there. I ate CiCis pizza after my workout..lol carbo load right...anyways I remember now why I avoid buffets...because 90% of the people there are obese. Like I dont know if these people eat fast food everyday or what....I'm talking all this crap right. Eh. Anyways pics sunday. Week 1 is almost over.
P.S...I just watched the TRX MMA workout with Brandon Vera....DAMN...thats my future goal after i finish force.
