Workout 2 - Upper body
head, shoulders, traps, and chest...ha, All i have to say is that this workout even at week 1&2 is ridiculously difficult, especially the back stuff. The high back row is probably the hardest part, mainly because of the angle. Other than that spurs beat that laker ass, DeJuan Blair is my new hero, and its raining outside.
